職位描述:
1.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目從開發(fā)到產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)的全過程管理工作，包括項(xiàng)目流程制定、項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行和項(xiàng)目交付。
Responsible for the whole process of project management from development to mass production, including project process formulation, project execution and project delivery.
2. 了解和管理客戶需求，控制范圍、預(yù)算和進(jìn)度。
Understand and manage customer requirements, control scope, budget and schedule.
3. 與客戶(內(nèi)部和外部)和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行定期和有效的溝通。
Communicate regularly and effectively with customers (internal and external) and project teams.
4. 進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目和團(tuán)隊(duì)評(píng)估，定義和交付需求，促進(jìn)和組織項(xiàng)目和團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)，并解決問題。
Performs project and team assessments, defines and delivers requirements, promotes and organizes project and team structures, and solves problems.
5.制定和維護(hù)詳細(xì)的項(xiàng)目工作計(jì)劃和預(yù)算。確定適當(dāng)?shù)馁Y源，并以明確和準(zhǔn)確的方向分配它們。
Develop and maintain a detailed project work plan and budget. Identify appropriate resources and allocate them in a clear and precise direction. 6. 保持所有問題和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的最新跟蹤和狀態(tài)。定期與管理層溝通項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)，并保存會(huì)議記錄和項(xiàng)目問題。
Keep track of all issues and risks up to date. Communicate project status with management on a regular basis and keep minutes of meetings and project issues.
7.評(píng)估項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，制定應(yīng)急計(jì)劃，并隨著項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的變化做出反應(yīng)。識(shí)別、評(píng)估和監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并確定滿足需求的方法。
Assess project risks, develop contingency plans, and respond to changes in risks as the project progresses. Identify, evaluate and monitor project related quality criteria and determine methods to meet requirements.
8.具有獨(dú)立項(xiàng)目管理與運(yùn)營能力，能充分與內(nèi)外部溝通，確保項(xiàng)目順利完成。
Have the ability of independent project management and operation, can fully communicate with internal and external channel to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
9.可得到充分授權(quán)，獨(dú)立判斷，能對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行全盤把控。
Can be fully authorized, independent judgment, control the whole project schedule and risk.
10.完成上級(jí)交辦的其它工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior.
任職資格
1.本科以上學(xué)歷； Bachelor Degree above;
2. 工程類等相關(guān)專業(yè) Major in Engineering related
3. 五年以上項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，生產(chǎn)制造型企業(yè)背景
More than 5 year of Project Management experience in manufacturing company
4. 電子電氣或工程機(jī)械等相關(guān)工作背景；
Electrical or engineering mechanical related working background;
5. 熟悉項(xiàng)目管理流程與項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)與執(zhí)行方式。獨(dú)立判斷，能對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行全盤把控；
Familiar with project management process, project promotion and implementation. Independent judgment, able to fully control the whole project schedule and risk.
6.能有獨(dú)立項(xiàng)目管理與運(yùn)營能力，能充分與內(nèi)外部溝通，溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng)；
Have independent project management and operation ability, can fully communicate with internal and external channel, strong communication and coordination ability.
7. 良好的計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行能力、能夠承受一定的工作壓力；
Good planning and execution skills, communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure.
8.英語聽說讀寫熟練 Good command of English both in written and spoken
9. 熟練使用辦公軟件，尤其是EXCEL、WORD等； Proficient in using office software, especially EXCEL, WORD, etc.
10. 年齡：40以下；Age: below 40;
